The uptick in creampie is mostly the girl he is inviting recently being more open to it, I would imagine there is some small talk with Dave asking prior if they are down to it - sometimes this talk happens during the shoot where Dave will encourage the girl to get a creampie or will ask midway. If the girl fucks but doesnt use a condom, its like a 95% they will take creampie.
If I am not mistaken, and unsure if this still up to date - but the girls get paid (obv) - and they get more $ per creampie as opposed to swallowing - an incentive.
