Cover is not stupid, if Doki wanted to join hololive they'll take her in, it was never about poaching, no vtuber cooperation has ever actively sought after a vtuber that is already in an agency, idk wat youre on about.
Pikamee was also considered as big as selen in fact what separated her from Selen was her language proficiency was also very useful enough for her to do collab streams with holo en and jp members, but she never got accepted to hololive. So likely chance we will see her in Vshojo

i suspect that there's someone high up in niji that just doesn't like selen for some reason. Cock blocking her projects at every opportunity, and that's why she's so brazen enough to publicly say on twitter to reupload her song despite not getting perms properly cleared (i mean, how can the perms not be cleared, when the actual author of the song knows her, has given her perms personally etc).
Selen was prob. going to quit at the first opportunity imho - the termination is probably niji's way of saying "you can't quit, you're fired!".
It'd be nice if this is all true though. With little evidence we have right now its all speculation. Nijisanji should be investigated, maybe there's some shady and illegal shit going on in the highest echelons of Nijisanji, so for now its all just speculation.

Nijisanji will investigate itself and will say it found no evidence of wrong doing. Like an American corp
