Are there any rules against sharing funscripts for interactive toys (handy, fleshlight launch, osr2, sr6, etc) ?
Search doesn't return even a single mention, which makes me think a certain studio nuked previous threads. Or is it just a case of not enough interest?

Go for it, I don't have any of them, but I'm interested in learning more about how they work because I can see the tech getting better and better

Created a thread in non-discussion section: https://simpcity.su/threads/funscripts-for-interactive-devices.178561/
I guess we can keep this thread as a discussion for all thing related to funscripts.

Some context: A funscript is custom made for a video to match the movement on screen.

They are usually made for VR videos, but I don't have a headset yet so I use a Whirligig (VR player) and MultifunPlayer (Funscript player) combo on a flat display.
If no funscript is available or you don't need a video, there a simple random stroke generators like

Regarding the devices themselves, the best ones are OSR2 (older, 2 servos, 2 movement directions, or more with upgrades) and SR6 (newer, 6 servos, 6 movement directions) from tempestvr (

, zip password is "thankyoupatrons + (release month)"). For those, you have to buy servos, bolts, print some parts and assemble everything yourself.

The servos are the most expensive part, for me they came out about 180 USD after taxes for 7 servos and maybe 50 USD for the rest. And of course you also need fleshlights, with each one costing 60 USD when not on sale.
There are people selling completed builds, but they might cost anywhere from 500 to 1000 USD depending on how many addons you want.

Gonna revive this, because I'm currently building an OSR2+. Gotta ask what servos are you using?

I'm still waiting for my board to get here to finish the build, but in total for mine I think I spent like 70$ and less than a day of printing. If my build works out, I may make a few myself to sell. I think I could do cheaper than $500 and still make a nice profit.

I tried looking for best cost/quality digital servos, and ended up with FEETECH Fi7635M. Seems holding up so far after 2-3 months of use, although they are quite loud, but that's probably expected for this price, quieter servos would be at least 2 times as expensive.

I don't remember exactly how much, but it was around 80 ish use for mine. It would have been even cheaper had I used the cheaper better board option. The toy you end up putting in it will most likely cost more than the machine build.
Very very easy to build even with little DIY experience. And I gotta say, mine doesnt have the twist function yet, and its still an amazing experience. Male sex toys have been lacking for a while, this totally makes up for it. Heres a quick vid from when I got it working for the first time. Yes, its mounted on a Dell monitor stand lol.

Still working fine, on max volume with noise cancelling headphones you can barely hear them. Though if you have roommates or something, they would definitely hear it.
The OSR2 is much much quieter from deejannon video, guessing because there's 3 servos instead of 6, and of course you can get better ones since you don't need as many. Not to mention there's very few 6 axis scripts, so honestly there's not much point in building OSR6. Maybe you can get a little bit more speed, force or less load per servo, but not sure if that's worth almost 2x the price.

Appreciate the video and reply, seems to be working pretty quietly too! I had a similar idea of just using some mic arm lol. and thats really good to hear. I currently own a handy so getting more "output" than only one axis is something i'm looking for, and from what it sounds like it, might be worth it! however as another user commented there just isn't that many multi-axis scripts out there.

Thats actually a good way to put it. I'm willing to put in some time to learn how to script for multi-axis, but its definitely a drop in the ocean compared to the amount of (fun)scripts that exist for other toys. Also, since I already have a handy, I am kind of tired of the single axis movement, but if the build cost of the OSR6 isnt too bad, it might be a fun project to take on. Thanks for the reply.

What printer did you get yourself? If it's a hobby you enjoy, and can afford one, I highly recommend a bambu x-1. Its pricey, but totally worth it. Plus, if you if you do the paper work to become a home based business the printer and all your filament is a tax write off. :)
