Hi, I didn't do the 30 to 60 fps in the examples, I linked because I also use that program for upscalling.
Increasing from 30 to 60s you have to use interpolation to create more frames, and that can add a blurry look to the video. What I usually do, that does not yield a good outcome as a native 60FPS recording, but is the following:
- use your favorite upscalling software to increase the resolution to 4/8k
- use a video editor to setup the output for 60fps and force interpolation for the frames
- downscale the video to 1080p or 720p
It won't look great, some times it may even show up as blurry, but you get "1080p60fps".
