Hi, I didn't do the 30 to 60 fps in the examples, I linked because I also use that program for upscalling.
Increasing from 30 to 60s you have to use interpolation to create more frames, and that can add a blurry look to the video. What I usually do, that does not yield a good outcome as a native 60FPS recording, but is the following:
It won't look great, some times it may even show up as blurry, but you get "1080p60fps".

- use your favorite upscalling software to increase the resolution to 4/8k
- use a video editor to setup the output for 60fps and force interpolation for the frames
- downscale the video to 1080p or 720p
It won't look great, some times it may even show up as blurry, but you get "1080p60fps".
If you have the time to invest in learning the software Davinci Resolve is free and amazing. YouTube videos are your friend if you want to do much editing to the video.
I just can confirm that Topaz AI brings really good results. Unfortunately my system power is not high end and I just can use my CPU power (GPU to low) but also in this case the render process takes really a very long time. Last year I did render some 3 minutes video what has taken round about 5 hours. That's really a disadvantage for people using a not high end system. They also wasn't so smart to add a break & continue function so that you could stop the rendering process and save the project and continue it later you know. I can not render a entire movie at once only if I let run the PC day & night. Topaz AI brings good results but its only to recommend for persons who also having the right PC (GPU) power.
