Yes. Finn still identifies as male. He just crossdresses and acts this way due to the huge amount of donos making continue to crossdress longer. I'm sure deep down he enjoys this more than an average man to continue doing this.

To play devil's advocate, he has previously distinguished his 'feminine side' as the character of 'Rose' and he himself has referred to it as 'her' when he talked about dressing that way for pics/videos. I've not heard him talk about the 'Rose' character much recently though. Maybe he's just fully adopted the character as him and doesn't need to place it on an alter-ego anymore.
he has one that is just a clip, havent looked for it in the pic, is it like orange-ish?
