Occasionally when adding a custom thumbnail to a thread, receive error "Please enter a valid URL." This is happening w/ jpg.church host using direct image links.

Steps to replicate
1. This thread https://simpcity.su/threads/pamela-rose.130559/
2. Click Edit Thread Thumbnail / Cover
3. Tick box "Custom Thumbnail Image URL" and enter URL https://simp1.host.church/images/33ffabfbcf49cf51b8.th.png
4. Click Save. You'll get
