You make a point. BUT, STILL, no biting. To be honest. I’m huge, HUGE, HUUUUGE FAN of her and I never read that comment of Keiran saying “she has a lot of sex with a lot of guys of the industry”. Maybe it was in a forum that I never know about, but in the well known forums who shared content/talked about her, I’m sure I never read that. If that were the case and having that knowledge, I would have bought that content BUT WITHOUT HESITATION. In addition, they have already stated that this message is also being sent by other "models" in their respective OF.

Legally speaking, if this were the case, she would have had to ask these "guys" for permission to release these videos and surely also give them a percentage of those Profits. Because if I know one thing, it is that in that industry, NO ONE forgives you a Penny. You would get into a lot of legal trouble, lawsuits, if you release videos without the consent of these people. Instead of making money, it would make her lose a lot. think about it...

And just to end about this, if you see the list there’s 3 vids between 2013 and 2017. Between those years she was married. So, if those vids are with her still husband (she’s not divorced, only separate from him) this could bring her A LOT OF TROUBLES. Cuz the guy is not from the industry, it’s a well-respected business man. Just to finish this controversy. Guys: DONT BITE.

Yeah I get all you’re saying. Just depends on many variables. How are these videos shot? Are they pov? If can’t see the guy then no legal issues.

She may have had them sign forms allowing her to release them? There’s a lot of legal stuff I don’t know. What is the statute of limitations? If the men knew they were being filmed and agreed they probably don’t have a leg to stand on.

Anyway, you’re right about the risk involved. No doubt. I guess I’ll adjust my feeling on it… would all depend on price. I think for $40 or so I’d roll the dice. Much more than that and I’m out. $100 no way.

I’d probably also ask her for some visual proof as well. “Hi Emily, I’m super interested in this deal however I’m a bit concerned knowing your career trajectory and not doing b/g work until 2018 how these videos exist from so far before then. If you actually get a preview/sample that's great but I'd bet you're more likely to get gaslighted and guilted (it's what these agencies do so they won't put in the effort to show samples)

She tried to sell videos she made with her ex during her first retirement. She had a Clips4Sale store that she tried to launder the credit card payments through a gift/game card provider - probably to avoid him coming after the money. I got one of the videos. It showed her jerking him off and him peeing on her. The picture quality was beyond horrible. Looked like the video was shot on an old flip-phone camera. She shuttered the store in under a week. It's possible that she has old content, but to keep Visa and Mastercard happy OFs requires all performers to sign 2257s, or have content created displaying 2257 disclaimers, record location and filming dates (giving OF plausible deference of responsibility). The odds that a professional content manager is trying to wildcat some homemade, unsigned porn are next to nil.

A lot of girls in the business shoot porn with a studio as a form of advertisement. The company gets their name and image out. They show that they still have value on the marketplace and get paid while doing it. She might be making a quick cash grab before OF finds out. I know other models who snuck unsigned content sales in their DMs. Pretty sure OF uses AI to scan the videos for performers; especially if the model has broken the rules before.
