i thought the same exact thing. The reason being: 1. playing it off as leaks gave her sympathy and attention and allowed her to keep a "good girl" image without having to make an OF to make money. it was just to test the waters of people willing to pay. 2. i suspect soon youll see her say " fine, if you guys only see me for my body and my nods were leaked then ill just make OF". Another grasp at sympathy to lighten blowback on her official OF from her peers.
