2. Right-Click and select inspect.
3. When the inspect column pops up, select Network
4. In the filter section, select media.
5. Start playing the video
5. Under Name - Right-click the file that has the video and select open in new tab.
6. In the new tab right-click the video and select "Save Video As"

Don’t waste the extra few bucks, you can do like meninblack123 described even with the $20 or whatever option and find the video stream with your browser dev tools and download that way.
