Not sure where you got the idea that the girl who went on anti-vaxx, anti-government tirades on Twitter, and who now dedicates her life to worshiping God and being a housewife was ever an "airhead leftist" lol.
Alicia, on the other hand, actually seems like a genuine person who doesn't do something if she doesn't want to.

GwenGwiz talked about her upbringing being non-religious and left leaning. She claims to have been into feminism before and that being why she didn't care about starting OF. Those tirades came after the OF started.

Diddly is more grounded than Gwiz was. She seems to be more aware of why she believes in her leftist ideas, unlike Gwiz was. That's why I say it seems more unlikely that Diddly would do join the anti-sex work thing

I believe you, but I just think Gwen has a skewed view of what any of those terms mean. I think she's a genuinely confused person.
