Your computer can't connect to the website. You can try: disabling antivirus, not using a VPN if you are, using a VPN if you aren't, etc.
There's no one fix here, you'll have to figure it out yourself.
I turned off the vpn and the update actually worked, thank you.

I recall Jules is also completely writing Cyberdrop-DL completely from scratch, aka version 5.
I would wait until this comes out (but it could be awhile). I think Jules mentioned in in the past 3-4 pages, or further back, my apologies.
Read the 1st page of this thread and GitHub link. Make sure you're only on Python 3.11 (not .10 or .12, no other version) and then you install from V4, otherwise it not might be easy as a layman.
The links on the forum literally have been deleted or altered, there's no way now for Cyberdrop to scrape said links.
You probably have your email/pass backwards in the config, or you didn't set apply_config to true.
Wait and see what V5 has in store before you decide. But I'm always a fan of projects.
