Would be an issue with Bunkr, yes.
I think what is happening here is you are opening command prompt and not changing what directory you are in, running the batch file using it's path. Doing this the program will try and run in the default directory which in this case is your users folder, and it's not running in the cyberdrop-dl folder. Either CD into the cyberdrop folder, or just simply run the start file like any other application (double click it for example).
