404 means the link is dead, I'm going to try and fix the unknown errors like that soon, got bigger bugs to deal with currently.
I saw in the authentications file theres a section for the ddos guard, do i need to do anything for that or just leave it?

On previous versions I was downloading 5 images at a time from a cyberdrop folder never had problems with DDOS guard. So this is like a solution to a non-existing problem to me. Is there no way to increase the speed by having more than 1 simultaneous download other than going back to previous versions?
Yea, see. Cyberdrop changed. It's not because Cyberdrop-DL changed, cyberdrop itself changed. Changed owners, changed servers, etc.
sorry i didnt explain it properly. im getting 404/unknown error/empty progress on everything i try to scrape.
i tried to scrape this thread https://simpcity.su/threads/kortney-kane.98355/ which ive never scraped before, the thread has 4 pages worth of urls. cyberdrop is saying everything is 404:
then i uploaded a vid and tried to scrape it and it shows this:
Is there a workaround 403 or nah?
I am very grateful for what you have given to the community with cyberdrop-dl. Now, v4 was working very well. After spending 1h going thru the wiki on gihub 6 this forum and troubleshooting how to pass my forums credentials, upgrading the sql and so on, i still landed with 403. I reversed to v4, all works fine... I will wait couple of weeks before trying v5 again.
Try again later without a VPN, or download manually via your browser, without a VPN, tbh. Most straightforward solution.

oh alright, I wasnt sure if that file had anything to do with it. Will the 403 error just clear up on its own?

depending on your version of pip, syntax will change but if your on the latest:
go to terminal, type: pip install cyberdrop-dl==
this will list all avalible packages, choose latest v4 & append that onto the '=='
I still cant get v4 working for me rn either. & V5 works perfectly with sites like coomer.su but bunker gives 403 error
