Most of it is natural. The other part is literally just heavily hydrating and edging for a good amount of time. Maintaining a diet that's conductive to furthering semen production does help too. Like taking Zinc pills has made a noticeable difference when I've done it in the past.
I naturally shoot big ropes, but it gets way crazier if I have been hydrating heavily and edge for a long amount of time. If I don't do any of that it's like two ropes. If I focus on building up, it can be more like 7-10 shots at times.
This one is obvious, but saving up for a few days obviously makes a big impact as well. Saving up for weeks/months doesn't really do anything past that.
Basically you have to already naturally produce large loads, and then from there do what you need to do to build it up more.
