Hello, honorable SimpCity residents! 
I've been trying to create a Ublock Origin rule to prevent from dimming the page (see example below)
The page dims after about half a minute after it loads completely. Stays dimmed for a minute then gets bright again.
I tried using ublock origin to block this activity, but I was unable to identify the overlay that was the source of it. On that page, I also attempted to disable a few scripts, but it didn't work.
Asking this question here rather than on the ublock github or reddit because normies would not care about this issue.
