Sério? SLK até o meio do ano vários aplicativos baixava AGR faz uns 4 meses q não consigo baixar tenho umas assinaturas mais não consigo baixar

Alguém sabe algum aplicativo que funcione para baixar fotos e vídeos do Privacy ? Todos que testei aparece a mensagem apresenta erro de :
