I don't like this type of conjectures. First of all no evidence. She is a wealthy woman, a long "career" over years and she has a certain number of fans. I think she can afford trips abroad from time to time, this is the most logical way to think. Second, this thing of saing "not nice things" about her put at risk the community, other than DR over forum content she can take legal action for defamation. Enjoy the videos and photos, don't start your fan fictions (maybe a section in the forum to segregate these delusional fans could be a good idea), it doesn't create value and only put the forum at risk.

If she was going to sue this board for defamation over copyright issues, I'd be absolutely surprised. I kind of get what you're saying, but in the end that's what the section of the forum is for. Have you ever seen some of the other ones posted here? There are some people that will write entire novels of stuff thats made up nonsense, and no one has taken legal action. Besides, this site is not under US jurisdiction.
