Support Cant access simpcity without turning off my wifi connection. Used to work just fine, now it doesn't.

As the title states, i got no idea why this issue occurs. I just keep getting:

simpcity.su’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.

Some DNS stuff was changed and it can take a while to propagate to all the DNS servers around the world.
If you want to speed things up you can change DNS server to cloudflares
