Support Cannot receive the password reset email

Hello,
I had to create a new account to post this as I forgot the password of my current account. I have tried multiple times to reset the password to my main account (or remember it via trial and error, to no results), but the password reset email is either never sent or never reaches my account.
I have plenty posts and followed threat I'd rather not lose access to.

Can I get some help with this from an admin or moderator, please?
Any help is deeply appreciated.

I'm also having the same issue. The site was down a few hours ago for maintenance and now its saying my account has no password. I clicked the link to send the password but nothing happened. I can't even see the search forum box so something must have happened.

same issue. I submitted a password reset on my main account have received no password reset email.

emails are broken, you need to wait for end of the prolonged testing phase before it is sorted out

Had the same issue, i had to create a new account but it seems they are trying to fix some issues and thats why the emails are not working

Emails stopped working years ago not just for ur issue but any kind of email (e.g. thread alert emails). Don't hold ur breath.

I have the same problem, the worst thing is that I only logged out from my PC, I still have the account open from my cell phone, but I want to log in from my PC and I can't, is there a solution? :(

same issue over here, i am afraid to delete my cookies or i'll lose access to my account

In my case, the system logged me out, and when i tried to login again, a notice saying "a code has been sent to your email" appears everytime, yet the code never arrives. That's why i had to make another account, lost a lot of fav marks. It seem this happened to a lot of users.

Old computer died, lost part of my passwords and can't remember the one for SimpCity... Now I can't recover the 2-years account with the reset mail 😭 I tried to use the contact form but still no answer.

This information is most likely useless to everybody in here, but I’d like to add that I also lost my password to my old account and cannot receive the email to change it. Hopefully this will be fixed in the future!
