Yeah that spring-plus website is a pain. Any downloadable links usually refer to Baidu. Which looks like you need an actual chinese phone number just to log in. It seems the actual downloads themselves require linux or log in, lmao.
Also, I can't get that sharepoint link to work, says my account can't be found in its directory
