In the newer photo, the photographer is using forced perspective to make her breasts look bigger. And she's wearing two bras in that picture to look bigger as well. A larger bra to create the size and a push-up bra underneath to create the cleavage.
Her boobs have to be over 50% padding or implants by now. She looked great before.
