Edit: Regardless of how she looks, I haven't read her posts about this? But I haven't met a single breast reduction patient that hasn't done it bc of medical complications.
Her breast were fking huge, that often creates back issues and pulls the skin, among other things. So I get why as a subscriber you may be deceived, but from her perspective it kind of feels justified.
Also these scars always look unnatural at the start since a chunk of skin has been cut off your body, but it usually changes a lot after healing, so maybe you will still like her content after you're done grieving her tits š
