It is extremely common to get work done everywhere, I'm also pretty sure she has mentioned they are fake (Around the husband breakup the first time). Most Asian girls are flat at the chest and butt and have a round face with hollow eyelids. The most common surgeries are the double eyelids, breast implants, eye widening

There are augmentation procedures that can give you bouncy breasts like the gummy bear procedure. Korea has mastered plastic surgery, it is expected that most girls going into KPop and the entertainment industry to get surgery. The companies will pay for the procedures too. Don't be naive, if they're showing off their body they have done the procedures

It doesn't take much to see what's going on when you have read about it and even have watched videos of how things work. You're just gonna have to do the research yourself to see how common it is.
