The discoloration is probably just subtle bruising from her natural boobs still healing after having the implants removed. I'm not sure how long that process would take to heal. To take them out they would have had to make some newer scars as well, so they're probably still healing also.

They're photoshopped and covered in makeup, or shot out of focus in bad lighting. She wouldn't be hiding them in 99% of sets if she was happy about how they looked.
