If by "showed her nipples" you mean, pictures exist that are photoshopped in 10x10 pixel resolution of her nipples, then yes you are correct. The one set that I know of is her Nostalgia Quest set. Where I believe you can still see scarring through the make-up and filters.

The biggest takeaway and the final conclusion is, though she always had light ghost nipples, the fact that she added makeup in the nostalgia quest series, or shot in low conditions in order for the artificial grain to appear to correctly expose the photo/video for light, shows that she indeed has scarring around the areola but its not so bad that some editing and makeup can't improve.

She is using her 2 fingers to strategically cover where her areola edges end showing more insecurity of the scars.
At the end of the day, unless we are in a shower with her, we'll never know the extent of her boob job scars because it will always be shown or hidden in the way only she wants her viewers to see them. So at the end of the day, it doesn't even matter. I still think she's a better content creator than 90% of others out there with her themes, effort at art, photoshoots and writing narrative. It's rare for an OF content creator to write "chaotic neutral" and even know what that means.
