I mean I see that she's bigger than she was before, but now the thing is - she disappeared for quite a while so did she just put on more weight and she got lucky that it went to her boobs or she got her boobs done, not saying it's not possible just that on the boob itself there's no scarring to be seen (put an example picture but there's multiple of those and they don't look edited at all) so unless there are methods that avoid it (which I'm not exactly aware of but not saying there aren't + I see people mentioning there's multiple ways to achieve that) then the first assumption to be made would be that she got lucky that it went to her tits.
