Belle's appeal wasn't just her size; there is lots of petite models and actresses, and a lot of them go further than Belle herself. Waifumilla even looks like her physically past the small frame and she's consistently getting fucked on camera.

Belle was more than just a small chest; she was a meme herself, and the main appeal was her entire development from a meme to a semi naked meme to a creampied meme.
