I've been using SD and its basic features for a few months now, I'm a noob when it comes to newer/more advanced plugins but there are a few tricks I managed to figure out on my own.
If you combine the ''realistic skin'' prompt with embeddings or prompts (positive and negative) regarding small(er) breasts you will get a much more believable result, the standard boobs are implants because the majority of the sampled pictures were of pornstars/celebs etc.
I use the URPM v13 inpainting model and it works wonders, reacts very well to prompts/networks/addons etc. :D
