You can find the latest VODs here once streams are done, they are M3U8 (basically a playlist of small video parts, you can google ways to download/convert these to a single MP4... or if it's just to play them you can open it in VLC):
I think Twitch keeps theses VODs for few weeks before they get deleted, especially the non-published ones.
