Still shocked by this news, very sad. My friend had met her at Comic-Con and said she was really down to earth. The "doctor" who did this definitely needs to be held responsible for what happened to Ashten.
Apparently a woman named “Vivian Alexandra Gomez” was arrested in connection with her death. Police are alleging that she gave Ashten “silicon injections” in her glutes, which is what let to her cardiac arrest, which ultimately killed her.

What’s crazy is that, you would think with the money that Ashten has got, she would be going to a board certified plastic surgeon rather than some random 50 year old woman who is “practicing medicine” and injecting women with silicon in random hotel rooms in California.
Glad she was brought to justice, but still very sad that Ashten had to die before she was caught...
