I get a chuckle when I see some people here talking about legal action against her, I am sure her assistant's mother is a big time attorney in Houston so you better believe she consults her on what or how she would be libel for any advertising she does. Another thing is your few hundred or thousands you lost to her scamming would pale in comparison to the money it would cost you to sue. Also not only would you be up against her money in court but OnlyFans company money, because no way would they let her lose in court, it would open the way for litigation against all the other women who use Amouranth's business model on OF.

Its the US dude... people won cases by killing their pets by putting them in the microwave because it wasn't specified in the instructions to not to.... You can win anything there. Especially if a real fraud took place like the ones she is commiting. You just have to find a good lawyer that just wants to win. It's because of exactly people like you who are so "who cares" that people like amouranth exist....If no one took this shit and called her out (or sued) she would either completely stop doing it or actually do porn just to avoid the backlash.

There's 1 or 2 seconds at the end of the latest preview video posted in her content thread that is clearly not from the rest of the video. She just shamelessly steals other people's content and uses it in her own scammy trailers. :KEKWlaugh:

We can't really do much about her scamming, but it's really a shame that the people the blurred out content actually belongs to won't care enough to do something about her using their stuff in her previews to try and get people to buy her garbage.

As others said above, this is about the principle of the matter. If someone's got the money and the time they're willing to invest in teaching her a lesson, good for them. If it also manages to scare other creators on Onlyfans into either quitting the business because they're too afraid to take actual dick or perform conventional sex acts - or rather, motivates them into doing the real thing - then great. We're going through a global mind shift in terms of how much power someone is allowed to wield on the basis of how rich or popular they are - I don't think Onlyfans/the porn industry is an exception.

Only kind of lawsuit that may be successful would be a class action, and even then you have to be the ones to prove that you were being intentionally frauded by her. You have to prove what kind of damages occurred, whether you fully understood the wording to her content etc. So you CAN choose to sue individually, but I doubt any lawyer would take the case due to the vague circumstances and likely a losing case.

So not only does this thread host all the world's leading amateur physiologists, pseudo psychiatrists, domestic abuse experts, bruise analysts and dildo identifiers, we can now add ill educated but apparently world leading legal professionals to the list. You guys really should come together to form the shittest version of X-Men ever assembled.

Agreed on the attractiveness part - I've long thought she looked good despite what she does to her customers.

There are a few stories from others on this thread that suggest that they got their money back when they took their complaints to Onlyfans support. Obviously, Onlyfans internally is complicit and takes a hands-off approach when it comes to shit like this.

The OnlyFans ToS provides them all the cover they need, it says that creators are responsible for their content and not them. It's a standard get out that all sites like this have, so if it ever comes to a fight they've got no genuine liability.

The only time they're responsible for something is if it's a fault with the site, so if you paid for something and the site crashed so you never got it, that kind of thing. Every example I've seen where someone has asked for a refund, OF has said take it up with the model.

Yes, I knew about the Terms of Service shit and nearly added a parenthetical reference to it after having read about it in this thread but also, I skimmed it a while back and saw it for myself. You're not wrong, but it doesn't change the fact that Onlyfans shields its brand ambassadors aka creators from making legitimate content. There's creators like Amouranth getting away with it and other weirdos using prosthetics and AI to sell their wares on Onlyfans, taking the scamming to a new level. Shit's fucked.

But if you win what do you claim? There's no damages or compensation to ask for. No one got hurt or injured or traumatised, no one lost time from work or lost some big investment opportunity or time away from their families, or anything.

You can say you were misled into subscribing and the video wasn't exactly as described, and that's it. You've got your first subscription fee, which was discounted anyway, and the cost of a video at most. Even if you signed up for the vip thing, that's a max of $250 to claim.

You think there's any lawyer out there who's going to fight against a millionaire and a global website for a share of $250? The first time they write a letter their fees are going to have eaten that.

None of these girls are really fucking their step brothers or stuck in a dryer either, those are clear cut instantly actual provable lies with easy evidence, but no one sues Brazzers.

She'd probably be delighted to get the extra press, an instant unpaid advert for her OnlyFans. The amount of people signing up to see what it's all about would probably pay for 10 lawyers.

People would see "Hot Redhead has OnlyFans and lawyer says she's only pretending to fuck people" and the site would get swamped. She'd be over 2 million a month instantly.

Plus, you still might not win, and she then gets to sue you for defamation of character and lost income, and that's where the big money is.

Then wait for the angry former subs to begin circulating information about her methods of scamming in more public forums - I think the outcomes you mention are probable but it'd be fun for the sake of watching the mudslinging and the ugliness come out that she might need to acknowledge.

I think we're finding out that the legal implications behind how far the case could go aren't the only barometer for how messy this could be and if the Internet press picks it up, all it takes is a loud enough collective voice to form to help corroborate what the (eventual/hopeful/possible) plaintiffs are suing for in the first place. That chorus speaks up and it'll change some minds even if they don't have any contribution towards the litigation - unless lawyers for the plaintiffs want to note that a lot of people are fired up online and there may be more people interested in joining the suit based on that.

Simply rabblerousing and making noise online, depending on how many and who gets involved can be enough to sink a ship by pissing off enough people or sullying segments of a population's otherwise non-existent/neutral opinion of someone that they heard nothing about or knew very little about prior to such an event possibly occurring.

To sm106xx: if a CEO or powerful leader can say something in an interview or Tweet something that can fuck with the stock market or people's willingness (or lack thereof) into buying/investing in something, imagine the damage that a bunch of average folks with a loud enough collective voice might be able to inflict on someone's brand if they coordinate that effort between several very popular public forums and having the Internet press report on it can help amplify that.
