i've heard of people who got their account banned for doing a chargeback. i have complained once before when i subbed to this bitch who didn't post anything and never heard back from OF. also, they do say that everything is 'final sale" or some bullshit.
A good lawyer would milk the case for all she is worth. Could claim the incident effected persons mental health, which in turn affected job or personal life. Maybe they dont trust anyone anymore. Among other things, on top of proving what she does with her ads vs what she sells is illegal. Get a conservative judge and he or she might side with you and throw the whole book at her. If someone wanted to, had a good lawyer, i think they could win. But in all honesty i don't think anyone would go through all that even if they could win and take all her money.
