Because sex work still exists in this grey area where even known scammers are "protected" in the form of massive amounts of pushback if someone were to file a claim against them. There's a 10000% chance countless Onlyfans workers would mobilize on Twitter and get on their soapbox about how Onlyfans is attempting to "coerce" or "pressure" their creators into acts they're uncomfortable with, and the fans who're rightfully pissed off will be labelled entitled creeps, etc so they're essentially immune to being held to the same standards anyone else selling a product would be.
