An actual orgasm? Hard to say - I've often wondered (and preferred) that the creator was actually masturbating to orgasm in the roleplaying/JOI videos where they appear to be pleasuring themselves, but I also think it's kind of difficult to concentrate on keeping the roleplay act going while getting off. I think you're missing the point I was attempting to make - I'm not suggesting it's difficult for her to masturbate given age or physique (or lack thereof), I'm suggesting that she'd have a hard time creating a quality JOI/role-play and getting off at the same time because her concentration would be on one or the other, not both (unless she has porn star-level stamina and turns herself on with the inner workings of her own mind).
