virgin media

Hi, so, the site is currently blocked for me for some reason. I am located in the UK and my ISP is Virgin Media. To my knowledge, any child safety settings are disabled. I was wondering if anyone else who potentially uses Virgin as an ISP can back me up whether it's blocked or not for them...
