Their only promise is really that they’ll take away having to work on OF and maybe suggest they can increase their revenue, for this service they take 20-30% on top of the cut that OF takes. So for the creator to make more money in the end they have to bump up the revenue quite a bit, hence the spam and scammy tactics.
That's pretty brazen if it is an agency, at least if they don't write things like that they can say that they didn't explicitly state that you are talking to the model.
Pretty sad as far as jobs go, not to mention you’re essentially scamming some bloke out of his cash when he’s expecting to chat to the actual model.

Might be sad, but the shit pay they get might be shit for us. But for people from those countries getting paid 5-10$/ per hour is pretty decent

While i was active, no, but one account that i was subbed to months ago followed me and started to message previews and PPV, i messaged back to see what was up and the agency made it pretty obvious it was not the model.
Yes. I've gone through the same thing. I noticed the change when the agency took over and confirmed when "they" couldn't answer questions the creator always could. I unsubscribed at that point. Later the creator contacted me and after much conversation she admitted she had used an agency. We still talk though there are other reasons why I no longer purchase her content.
Yeah, it happened to me with Ukrainian model Sha Rizel. She was online only a couple of times a day, took several hours to answer DMs, and did so in fairly broken English. Plus, she never wrote dirty DMs to subscribers except to say she showed her pussy in PPVs. So, when in November of last year, her bio was entirely changed, she remained online the entire day and wrote about all the ways she wanted to be fucked in fluent English, I realized immediately it was an agency.
At first she denied that she had hired and agency. The agency had deleted her side of the chat, but mine was intact and I was able to show her what they had been doing. She was very upset as they risked her account for being banned. I defiantly knew it was her again as she was able to reminisce about things from before.
They are definitely playing the worst version of "Numbers=Sales" techniques. I've also inquired about a custom from a model, who in their bio requests that you ask about it, only for the agency to reply that "they don't do customs." Or the effort to push sexting. I know it is possible they run on flat fee percentages, or consignment, but I'm assuming they probably get a higher take of the pie for sexting due to the fact that the model has no real impact in the "creation" of that content.
