Do you know that diamond (from I to IV) is only 2% of TFT population? Master is under 1%, emerald is 6,5% most people are sitting below that...
But yeah, she ain't gonna climb the way she gets obsessed with games, It has been the same with OW or Valo, she starts streaming and does well, but the longer the stream goes, the worse it gets, to a point where she gets insufferable and unwatchable,
At least with OW and Valo she could be directly carried occasionally, which prevented her tilting most of the time. Tbh, the only reason anyone was watching the last TFT stream is because of the "pokies" clips spreading around.
Yes but like 90% of the population isn't even trying. I've been masters and GM in a lot of other games and NO game has ever taken me as little effort to get masters in than this game. I got to d1 in my first season of playing and next set I got masters. I'm not saying the skill ceiling is low, my point is that the real "ladder" only starts in masters. Esp when I have friends who have been hardstuck gold in other games like valo/league/dota whatever but get diamond in tft in their first set.
The reason Aria is hardstuck emerald is cause she's bronze in every other game

They were fun and chill when she was first learning this set, but now every time I tune in she looks super depressed and blames everyone but herself for losing. Its like she thinks the more she plays, she'll eventually figure it out. She needs to get some coaching or watch some videos and learn how to actually play.

Streaming in general fills your ego. I mean you have a bunch of people agreeing with you all the time, and you can curate your community to enable that as well. It'd be extremely hard not to form an ego so I'm not really surprised about her.
