The thing is you are mixing two different things.
You are correct on the part that they cant do pretty much anything about vague titles like "biggest butts anal sluts". The thing is, amouranth does something entirely different, which is called FRAUD.
A sex video with a title like "biggest butts anal sluts" you just already know that the video will contain girls with big butts and anal, no simulation, just that, you ofc dont know if its gonna be with a male performer or a dildo or a lesbian scene or whatever unless you see a teaser, but you know that it will include big butts and anal and that's it.
When amouranth posts a selling ad that says buy my video for X amount and the video is called "My first anal". What is expected is to see something going in her fucking ass, not a simulation, not the implied crap she is doing, just an object (alive or not) going into her anal cavity.
Imagine a car ad said "Buy our car because the more you press the gas pedal the faster it goes" and you buy said car and the car goes with a fixed speed regardless how hard you press the gas, that by definition, is fraud (Fraud definition: wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain).
Onlyfans literally refunded me (even though its written in their rules that they do not refund tips) when i presented them a case where a creator asked me to tip her for something i asked so she would send it to me, and when i did tip her she didnt send the thing we agreed on but different stuff. It literally happened 2 (3?) weeks ago. Its fraud!!! Its not just "boo hoo she scammed me", its actually something people have gone to prison for for even as little as $1000.
As for what you said about defending yourself against her in court with "Well, your honor, a blowjob implies a male penis", that's exactly what you would do, you would just start giving definitions of words (you'd be surprised how stupidly comical courts are most of the time) she used to sell whatever product you are suing for being deceived with.
"My first blowjob" , was a male involved? Did an actual penis went inside her oral cavity? Yes? good. No? Add to the list of fraudulent activities
"Here's my first anal" , Does it show a penis or a dildo or literally anything going inside her ass? Yes? Good. No? Add it to the list of fraudulent activities.
"first hardcore b/g" , was there an actual male performer involved? was there visible penetration? yes? good. No? Add it to the list.
"first threesome" , again, where there actual people involved? was there penetration? yes? good. No? Add it to the list
and so on....
And we all know by now that that list has piled on for a good while (2 years? minimum?)
She IS commiting fraud and a case like that has solid accusations AND concrete evidence (all the teasers of her having fake scenes from actual porn videos that were nowhere to be found in the actual video), the only thing missing is someone who actually has money (because lets not kid ourselves, suing is expensive) that bought all that stuff to actually act legally and ruin her, or a class action lawsuit where its much much cheaper for everyone involved.
There are only two outcomes:
1. You win the case and get all your money back + whatever your lawyer manages to take extra for psychological reasons or whatever crap they can throw in there because you are a depressed lonely dude that seeked some form of intimacy and she took advantage of it. (roughly 100k-1mil EASY if you show all the money she was making which she provided herself by showing her revenue.... imagine a judge hearing she made 1mil per month doing this....)
2. You settle without court which again, you take your money back + extra money to keep it on the low (this will be a lower amount than winning the case but hey...free money)
You literally cant lose this case!
Getting legal advice is free, ask any lawyer, literally ANY LAWYER, that if you can prove that someone is committing fraud against you, can you win a lawsuit? Hit me back with their answer! (proving it, implies you actually bought stuff from her and lost money, show the teasers for said product, show her selling points, show the transactions, the actual purchased video or content in general that doesnt match or doesnt include things shown in the selling parts etc.)
This thread alone can ruin her...
Edit: i wasnt talking about FTC btw, reporting to FTC will accomplish nothing
