anecdotally, i've seen SA victims talk about things like this. sometimes people get SA kinks after the fact. the human brain is fucked up
but there's a lot of talk where CNC, and all that, is basically therapeutic/cathartic. people can address the trauma they experienced, ideally, in a controlled way that allows them to work through what happened to them. as a content creator, making a CNC video is a really high level of control over the event.
related to control, obviously, would be consent. you're not only controlling the content of the video, you're literally the determining factor in whether or not it happens.
on the content creator side, there's also the fact that a lot of people are into dark kink stuff. someone could start off just doing a couple of cnc bondage videos, but if they blow up in popularity? it would be in their best financial interest to make more of those (assuming the popularity isn't mostly leechers).
