I think it goes beyond being without makeup. She's obviously not wearing makeup but her face has changed a lot.
Her hair looks absolutely fried. Maybe it always was that way and she wore a lot of wigs and stuff. The eyes which were her USP once just look dead now. It's gotta be some surgeries or maybe a drug habit.Maybe a combination of the two.

It's just painful to see. She was at the top of her game for so long. A perfect combination of sexy and kinky . Shame

I've said it for a while but Lana Rhoades constantly evolving face is wild. Her look has changed SO MAY TIMES over the last 7 years it's kinda wild. Her best look was between 2016 - 2019 (yes I actually liked her bimbo look) but post porn it's like something happened.
