I'm a little different because I don't mind a little plastic surgery. I think it can really enhance a girl, and I like the "bimbo" look to a certain extent. Not too over the top. Likewise girls like Kayla Kayden or Brooklyn Chase.

So with that said it takes quite a bit for me to lose interest in a girl if I really enjoy them.

Her car accident only affected her belly which she decided to hide by a tattoo.
Madison Ivy's turning into a barbie doll fish is just another "I want to look like a bimbo kardashian like everyone else" decision. She was already in it way before and simply went too far way after her accident and at some point after a few years now she just looks like a trainwreck/junkie cuz ur face is forever ruined with time. Same for Abigail Mac she's even worse lately with her face half frozen half swollen compared to her peak beauty when she only had her boobs done and her face stayed natty for many years.
Then she started to inject her face, and it was the beginning of the end.

Her face doesn't look that bad (I mean still is but) at least no surgery. Just an obesity/health problem. She's one of those case that would still be pretty hot despite the age if she took properly care of her body.

Meanwhile you have Sarah vandella 39yo (minus tattoos I know) and Julia ann 53yo still taking decent care of their body, still hot and far more fuckable than the likes of Jada stevens, remy lacroix or skylar vox right now. Kinda insane to think a lot of girls were super hot when young and fresh but now look disgusting while at least a few woman kept their head on their shoulders and despite being older are now still 10 times more fuckable than those previous hottest babes.

Alyx Star recently got/started a big tattoo on her left hip/thigh and another on her left arm. Let's hope that's as far as she goes. I already didn't like the tattoos she already had, but at least they were small.

Not a professional porn star, but...while she's more shredded than she used to be, Stefanie Gurzanski / StefBabyG was otherwise way hotter in her PB days as Stefanie Knight.
