you didnt read the rules or understand the rules correctly did you:pauseChamp:

I did read the rules, but I've never had a problem sharing anything ripped from camgirlvide0s.org (now known as webcamvids.org) and then re-uploaded to Bunkr or similar, so I'm just a little confused.

There's a massive thread dedicated to Upstore requests, and a large percentage of those re-uploaded vids are from CGV?

I can understand that it's not cool to link directly to CGV/WCV, but didn't think it was also against the rules to upload vids that have their watermark.

Any clarification would be appreciated.

Solution
The watermark is pretty much the same as linking to the site. In general you should avoid all third-party edits and additions to content including watermarks, filenames, extra intros/outros and anything similar that advertises some non-official source. We can't check every single thing that gets posted so sometimes things slip through.

You're welcome to repost the content if you remove those watermarks. You can use free software such as Kdenlive, VSDC or Openshot to do it, they should all be fairly easy to use.

It's already a significant time investment to download, upload, and post - I'm not adding watermark removal to that process, and I doubt anyone else will either.

But thanks for the clarification.

Mods I have vids with 3rd party watermarks, can I just hide it by putting another watermark on top of it, by using my username or simpcity?
