That was Sam Jones, who had one of the worst lineups in history on Smallville. He actually had a tape with a Playboy chick at one point, probably none too hard to find. The skit was of course YEARS back now, but she used to do a good number of skits with him. There's another of her in a red one piece with him and one other one where she's "in bed" with him.
