I never asked about a custom in the past, but I have asked questions and similar things happened. Long gaps between responses or no response at all. Also had my sub expire while waiting on a response before. If she does do customs, I would be very concerned about actually getting it since she is so flakey. I would recommend treading carefully.

anyways she does locked messages, so if it ever does get sent, it's not like we've paid for anything in advance - she kind of makes it clear how much it would be upfront - it's just a matter of whether or not the locked message if ever sent
