Who knows? Implants seem unlikely, but when you look at the shape of them with no support, a lift doesn't seem implausible. The amount of editing she does really hinders any assessment tho'. The fact that we rarely see them in motion is a big barrier too. While the look of how they move in the few instances we have to go on doesn't scream "fake", they don't have that kind of clearly natural, fat jiggle that someone like Heyimbee's do. If I were a suspicious man, the combination of her refusing to go properly nude and basically never doing videos would definitely make me lean towards work being done on them.

The chest plate would not fit over the big tits she has now. According to a store I just googled, it says that it can fit on top of breasts that are flat-c cup.
