BBL consists of liposuction the fat from around the torso. This is why the patient is required to gain weight before the procedure. Liposuction marks are always in pairs. If the patient has a decent shape post procedure you might only see 2 or 4 lipo marks. If she's bad bodied then she will most likely get the "360 lipo" with marks all around her torso and even up her back. Always matching marks so the dumb bitch don't come out lopsided. The only single lipo mark you will see but not always will be in the very top of her ass crack.
2nd the liposuction fat is then injected into 2 or 4 or 6 places depending on how stupid the patient wants to look.
Injections sites are normally in the crease/cuff of the ass both sides, the "hip dip" area which is below the waist and above the lower hips, and sometimes but not always on the top of both ass cheeks.

ok i gotchu, whoever her surgeon is he is pretty talented, it is not at all as egregious as some plastic OF girls out there. it's still a nice jiggly ass with a good shape next to her proportions, doesn't have that diaper look. her thighs do a lot of the heavy lifting there
again i'm gonna have to say it's not obvious. at first glance it looks like a big natural ass. you'd have to scrutinise her pretty hard to instantly assume bbl. alongside haggard ratchet back alley silicone assjobs she disguises it very well
