She really had a weird trajectory. She basically did full frontal nude modeling for Playboy throughout her 20s, then went into 'legitimate' work as a TV host and came out of it pretending like she's never been naked before and somehow had to work her way back up to it. I absolutely get why she wasn't nude modeling during her G4TV days but when she started her Patreon, it was downright bizarre how hostile she was to people asking why there's no nudity.
I can only surmise that her boyfriend encouraged/convinced/signed off on her doing full nude modeling again since, oddly enough, she wasn't doing it as a single woman.

She's 38 and she's fairly open about regularly going to get spots removed, wrinkles taken care of etc. The only 'big' things she's mentioned was a small nose job very early after first getting into Playboy and the boob job. I'll be honest I hate fake boobs no matter how they look and I think they're too big now. It's a good boob-job but I lost attraction to them, not only through the virtue of them being fake but because they're too big. I much prefer the size they were before, I'm a small to medium sized guy and she had a great set before.
 
Not that I think a lot of people care but since this is the discussion thread, I wanted to update that over on Patreon, Sara has announced that she's finally closing her Patreon account. It'll stay open through August and anyone still on won't get charged for that month and after that, the whole thing gets deleted.
