Tools Reverse video search

the problem: a lot of people ask for the full video's where they only have a part of the video or only a single GIF or photo.
Since i am a porn hoarder there is always a change i have the video they ask.. but to scroll throught the pornstar/model/ect videos for 2 hours to see if i have it and if so what exact video it is.... quite annoying.

Is there a way to do a reverse video/image search within my local files to find the video that people ask about with a small portion of the video or a screenshot they send me?

have searched the WWW for an hour now but can't really find the answer.

Will compare videos in same folder for similarities. It picks up partial files against full files for sure, but it won’t compare one file against the rest, it only compares all files in the folder. Depending on number of videos in folder it may take some time also.
