There's a few things going on: Her self-perception of beauty and business sense.

Many asians raised in the western world have deep insecurity issues due to being constantly compared to white beauty standards, where they are bombarded with images of women with large breasts, sharp noses, large eyes etc. This is further compounded if they're involved in industries like acting, modelling and adult entertainment where those ideals are even further pronounced. Look at what Rae has changed:
sharper v shaped chin (as opposed to square or round), taller nose bridge and sharper nose, double eyelid surgery to enlarge her eyes and to lose the hoodedness, breast enhancement, and possibly butt enhancement too. As well as superficial things like coloured hair and colour contacts. Shes doing everything to conform to the beauty standard set in her environment AND industry.

Secondly business sense: Whilst it's great that she had many devoted fans prior to any transformation, being a niche, or even a fetish (many people like rae because they have a fetish for petite asian girls), doesn't pay well unless the group is large enough. Many girls get huge porn tits because there are far more people that like huge porn tits versus those who like small flatter chests, even if those who like smaller chests REALLY LIKE smaller chests. At the end of the day they get paid per subscriber or per view or per download of their videos.
