Alright lads, here's my review.
If you've wanted to try Stable Diffusion/Inpainting but don't have the horsepower to do it, this is the way to go. I've been unable to produce satisfactory results running SD on my mid tier computer (GTX 1650, 8GB RAM). This produces much better results. There's access to TONS of Lora and embeddings and it generates images extremely fast even with waiting in the queue.
There are however a few drawbacks. The biggest in my opinion is that you can only generate one image at a time. This version is missing the options for Mask Blur, Mask Mode, Masked Content, Inpaint Area, Only Masked Padding Pixels, Restore Faces, Tiling, Batch Count, Batch Size, and Seed that are present in the WebUI version I have. I never experimented with those, but for people who like to use those, that may be a problem. It also adds a small watermark in the bottom right corner of the images it produces but it's easy to crop out. Aside from that it's literally just Stable Diffusion but with no setup.
The admins are surprisingly good with support. I had some issues with payment and they responded within a day. They also have a subreddit (that will probably get banned eventually) where they answer technical questions and provide customer support.
If you just want to make AI images from scratch, get the middle tier or the first one if you just want to try it out. Inpainting ONLY comes with the $15 /mo ultimate tier, which for me beats buying supercomputer that can produce equivalent results. Good service. Thank you for the post, OP
